Carlo Terreni

Carlo Terreni is co-founder and board member of NetComm Suisse Association.

Since August 2012, he is head of the NetComm Suisse Observatory and he works with passion and determination towards the establishment of a permanent e-commerce observatory, in collaboration with PostFinance and Accenture.

Prof. Dr. Eng. Emanuele Carpanzano

Prof. Dr. Eng. Emanuele Carpanzano is at present Director of the Department of Innovative Technologies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland. The Department offers bachelor, master of science and advanced studies courses in engineering sciences and is active in more than 130 research projects through it 5 research institutes and 20 specialized labs, involving about 280 researchers.

Prof. Emanuele Carpanzano managed numerous R&D projects and initiatives as well as industrial research contracts, in the fields of industrial technologies and production systems, with a major focus on advanced automation technologies and on design based consumer goods sectors.

He is active in different federal and international education and research bodies, being member of the board of Directors of FTAL and Manufuture CH at Swiss level, and member of the High Level Group of Manufuture and of the Partnership Board of EFFRA at European level. He is also coordinating the European Design based Consumer Goods Technology Platform.

He is Professor of Industrial Plants at SUPSI and author of more than 130 scientific papers, as well as of different industrial patents.

Jörg Hensen

Jörg studied international business in Germany, France and the US focussing on marketing, retail management and international management and has 10 years of CEO and 17 years of P&L responsibility in Fashion and Retail companies all over Europe and in Switzerland.

He brings extensive experience in growing and restructuring international multi-channel retail organizations as well as in digitally transforming multi-channel retailers/fashion companies.

Jörg held leading roles in strategic projects identifying new business opportunities, creating new business models, setting up multi-national operations as well as start-up’s and driving M&A processes for external growth.

Furthermore he has been successfully driving change processes in highly dynamic environments.

Jörg lives close to Zurich and likes sports and long walks with his irish terrier.

Florence Labati

Florence passed the first 23 years of her life in France that she left after having finalized her MBA in a "Grandes écoles d'ingénieurs" with a speciality in informatics for enterprise's management.

She had the opportunity to work first as IT director then as CIO and manage international teams to implement, integrate or migrate full IT systems and finally direct business transformation in companies as Elf, Pioneer Electronics, Roche, Perkin Elmer, Vf International.

That has given her the chance to live and work cross the globe in multicultural environment.

Music and art are very important for her as well as sport.

She now lives in Ticino.

Isabelle Ohnemus

Isabelle’s career started in investment banking. She worked for more than ten years in a well-known global investment bank as a broker in stocks and derivatives.

Fashion was always part of her life though and, for this reason, she decided to turn this passion into something more concrete.

Isabelle started organising private sales at her home, for her busy girl friends who wanted to access the world of fashion in an easy way. The sales included new and ground- breaking designers from Italy, Denmark and France, who had no actual stores. Isabelle’s own place became their exclusive store and in this trendy and funny environment she realized the inconsistency of sizing.

Four years ago she founded EyeFitU, the platform and app that provides size recommendations for consumers for all major brands around the world.

Isabelle is fluent in six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

Rolf D. Seifert

Prior to Zuora Rolf D. Seifert served in the capacity of the Divisional VP Global Support and General Manager Germany at PTC until 2016.

PTC is a global provider of technology platforms and enterprise applications for smart and connected products, operations, and systems.

PTC’s enterprise applications serve manufacturers and other businesses that create, operate and service products and also help companies to deliver new value emerging from the Internet of Things.

From 1990 until 1996 he held European management positions including General Manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation (later acquired by Tyco).

1986 he started his career as Assistant to the Sales Manager at Hoechst AG followed 1989 by the position of Marketing Controller at Philip Morris GmbH.

Enrico Roselli

Enrico Roselli was born on March 18th, 1973.

He attended the secondary school focusing on humanities and later he moved on to studying Law at the University of Milan.

He was admitted to the Milan Bar Association and he practiced law for a few years at The Court of Appeal of Milan.

He worked for the Italian Patents and Trademarks Office and for the EUIPO (ex UAMI) as trademark and design attorney.

In 1999 he met Lando Simonetti and they started a profitable partnership resulting in him becoming Ceo of LM Europe SA ( Europe, Middle East and Asia).

He led the brand extension including footwear, leather goods, perfumes and eyewear in full compliance with the brand heritage. This policy allowed to increase the sales volume within the EMEA area.
